- Heat butter or possibly margarine in wide pot. Add in onions and saute/fry till they are lightly brown. Add in spices and stir well. Add in tomato paste and yogurt and cook 10 min. Add in lamb, breaking it into fine mince with a wooden spoon. Make sure the mix has no lumps.
- Bring to a boil, lower heat and cook 50 min. Add in peas and simmer to heat through. Serve with naan (Indian flat bread) or possibly rice.
