- 2 tbsp - Coconut grated
- 4 or 5 nos – Fresh curry leaves Seasonings:
- 1 tbsp – Sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp - Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp – Split black gram / Ulunthu
