- 1 1/2 c. Chocolate cake crumbs
- 6 ounce Chocolate -- unsweetened
- 12 ounce Cream cheese -- softened
- 1 x Egg
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 6 Tbsp. Orange liquer

- En\venly distribute crumbs over bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Press crumbs down lightly. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla till smooth and fluffy. Set aside. In a small, heavy saucepan, heat chocolate over low heat. Stir constantly. Pour melted chocolate all at once into cheese mix and beat till combined. Add in egg and beat till very smooth, about 5 min. Add in lowfat sour cream and liqueur and mix till combined. Pour batter over prepared crust. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 25-30 min or possibly till just set.
- Chill overnight before serving.
- *****Any kind of chocolate cake crumbs, without frosting can be used. Any commercially prepared cake isfine.
