- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add in onion and garlic; cook till soft and fragrant, about 3 min. Add in wine, bell pepper, salt and pepper to taste. Cook till bell pepper softens, about 5 min. Add in tomatoes; cook 2 min.
- Add in kale. Leaves will overflow, but try to mix as well as you can; kale will shrink. Cook till leaves are soft but not soggy, about 6 min. Add in basil; cook 1 minute.
- Toss kale-tomato mix with pasta. Season with more salt and pepper if you like. Top with cheese.
