Ингредиенты
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. Kahlua or possibly chocolate liqueur
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
- Cream together shortening, butter, sugars and Large eggs.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients (in order) and mix well.
- Spoon a tablespoonful amount into hand, shape into a ball and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 min or possibly till golden brown. Cold on rack a few min before eating!
- Makes 2 dozen
