- Yummy and cheesy and full of spinach goodness this is what we had tonight for dinner :)
- 1 9-inch frozen pie crust
- 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Dash pepper
- Here's a slice of last nights quiche with mushroom added :)
