Ингредиенты

1 lb boneless chicken
6 ounce Ritz crackers

1/4 c. mayonnaise

Инструкции

Oven 400 degrees. Cut chicken into bite-size pcs and coat with mayonnaise. Grind crackers into fine crumbs and place in a large baggie. Add in coated chicken and shake till all pcs are well coated. Put chicken into baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour.
Serves 4. Double for more.
This recipe iseven easy for kids to prepare! Good with salad, applesauce and oven French fries or possibly mashed potatoes.
