  • 125 gm Glace cherries
  • 90 gm Glace apricot
  • 250 gm Glace pineapple
  • 125 gm Mixed peel
  • 300 gm Raisins
  • 125 gm Sultanas
  • 125 gm Currants
  • 1/3 c. Brandy
  • 90 gm Pecans
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 90 gm Butter
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Soft brown sugar
  • 3 lrg Large eggs
  • 45 gm Grated dark chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp. Brandy
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 pch Grnd cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr

Инструкции

  1. Place cherries, apricots, pineapple, peel, raisins, sultanas, currants in a bowl. Marinate in brandy 2 days stirring occasionaly.
  2. Add in nuts and 1/4 c. of flour, stir well. Cream butter with two sugars add in Large eggs mixing well between each. Add in chocolate and brandy.
  3. Sift in flour, cinammon, nutmeg, cloves, baking pwdr. Add in fruit mix and blend thoroughly. Pour into tin, hollow the centre, bake 150degrees 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. Paint with brandy and store at least two months to mature.
