Name: Jamaican Curry Chicken
Ingredients: 1 tsp Veg. oil; 1 lrg Onion, sliced; 1/2 x Bell pepper, diced; 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped; 2 x Baby tomatoes; 3 stalk green onions, minced Thyme to taste Salt and pepper to taste; 1 dsh All-purpose seasoning; 1 dsh Curry pwdr; 1 whl chicken, cut in small pcs

Ингредиенты

1 tsp Veg. oil
1 lrg Onion, sliced
1/2 x Bell pepper, diced
2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
2 x Baby tomatoes
3 stalk green onions, minced Thyme to taste Salt and pepper to taste
1 dsh All-purpose seasoning
1 dsh Curry pwdr
1 whl chicken, cut in small pcs

Инструкции

1. Heat oil in a saucepan and add in garlic.
2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl and add in chicken.
3. Once garlic is heated, add in chicken mix to saucepan. Cover and steam till cooked.
