- Wash & Clean chicken, heat the Grill
- Baste the chicken with JERK Sauce for 20 min
- Grill chicken for 6 min on each side or possibly till cooked
- Brush Jerk Sauce as necessary on chicken while cooking
- Enjoy JERK chicken JAMAICA style!!!
- This would be delicious using Mama Mirl's Jamaica BBQ Sauce or possibly the Island Spice JERK Seasoning
