- Cook pasta according to package directions. Sort crab meat to remove any shell pcs.
- Heat butter in 3-qt non aluminum saucepan. Add in mushrooms; saute/fry for 3 min. Add in sauce mix; stir well. Add in lowfat milk, water and wine; stir well with a wire whisk till mix comes to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 to 8 min, stirring constantly.
- Add in green onions, pasta and crab; stir to combine. Heat through. Spoon into serving bowls and garnish each serving with minced parsley.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
