- 2 packages. Stella Dora cookies (sponge)
- 1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
- 1 lg. pkg. chocolate pudding (instant)
- 1/2 gallon lowfat milk
- 1 lg. Cold Whip
- 1 jar cherry pie filling or possibly fresh strawberries
- Rum or possibly rum flavor (to taste)
- Toasted almonds (optional)
Инструкции
- Mix as directed.Cut cookies in half (lengthwise). Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with 1/3 cookies. Add in rum/flavoring to vanilla pudding and pour over first layer of cookies. Put another layer of cookies on the top and add in chocolate pudding (to that rum was also added).
- Spread with Cool Whip and add in cherries or possibly strawberries and sprinkle almonds over top. Chill overnight or possibly 4 to 5 hrs before serving.
