- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions with some dark stalk
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/8 tsp fennel seed crushed
- 1 dsh pepper
- 2 med smooth-skinned white potatoes sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

- In 2-qt casserole (microwaveproof), combine all ingredients, except potatoes and parmesan. Stir. Add in potatoes. Mix well. Cover. Microwave at high for 9 to 12 min, or possibly till tender, stirring twice. Let stand covered for 4 min .Stir. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
