- 1/2 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 c. yellow onion in 1/4" pcs
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 2 c. white wine
- 2 x taespoons minced rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. green beans blanched
- 1 c. diced tomato
- 4 c. Romana sauce (see above)
- 4 c. penne pasta cooked
- 3 Tbsp. grated Romana cheese
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

- Romana sauce: Heat oil in pan at medium high heat. Add in onions and red pepper. Cook till soft, about 5 min, stirring frequently. Add in garlic and cook for one minute. Whisk in wine, rosemary, parsley and salt.
- In a bowl, whisk together starch and broth. Add in mix to sauce and stir. Bring to a boil and set aside.
- For Pasta: Heat a saute/fry pan over medium heat. Add in green beans and tomato and cook 1 minute. Add in Romana sauce and liquid removed penne pasta. Add in Romano and Parmesan cheeses. Stir well.
