%20Then%20after%20cleaning%20my%20mom's%20house,%20we%20were%20on%20our%20way%20to%20lunch%20and%20needed%20to%20stop%20by%20her%20post%20office...only%20to%20remember%20it%20was%20Columbus%20Day.%20Yep,%20it%20took%203%20times%20for%20me%20to%20remember!!%20(I%20told%20you%20I%20was%20extra%20tired!)%20Then%20the%20next%20few%20hours%20went%20fine.%20Mom%20and%20I%20had%20lunch,%20we%20did%20a%20bit%20of%20shopping%20(she%20treated%20me%20to%20a%20few%20nice%20things...this%20would%20wind%20up%20being%20the%20highlight%20of%20my%20day)%20and%20I%20even%20got%20new%20shoes.%20That%20always%20helps%20to%20make%20the%20day%20better,%20right%20ladies!%20Then%20I%20headed%20home%20to%20pick%20Alex%20up%20from%20school,%20do%20homework,%20housework%20and%20start%20supper.%20This%20was%20about%20the%20time%20the%20day%20went%20to%20hell%20in%20hand%20basket.%20I%20got%20the%20pleasure%20of%20doing%20extra%20laundry%20because%20Alex%20had%20found%20the%20wet%20grass%20during%20a%20game%20of%20soccer.%20I%20discovered%20even%20more%20surfaces%20in%20the%20house%20that%20needed%20cleaned.%20I%20got%20dirt%20on%20my%20shirt,%20so%20instead%20of%20changing%20I%20just%20put%20on%20my%20pjs.%20Alex,%20having%20to%20have%20his%20clothes%20washed%20due%20to%20those%20pesky%20grass%20stains,%20was%20in%20his%20undies%20playing%20video%20games...%20and%20that's%20when%20the%20phone%20rang.%20It%20was%20my%20husband.%20It%20wasn't%20a%20%22I%20just%20called%20to%20say%20I%20love%20you%22%20call.%20It%20was%20a%20%22I%20just%20got%20a%20flat%20tire,%20and%20need%20the%20spare%20in%20the%20back%20of%20your%20car%22%20call.%20Yep,%20I%20got%20the%20pleasure%20of%20driving%2030%20minutes%20north%20of%20our%20house%20to%20take%20him%20the%20spare,%20of%20course%20hitting%20every%20red%20light%20possible,%20only%20extending%20the%20trip.%20%20And%20before%20you%20ask,%20yes,%20I%20went%20in%20my%20pajamas%20and%20my%20child%20did%20put%20clothes%20on,%20but%20they%20were%20ones%20from%20the%20hamper,%20and%20his%20shirt%20was%20on%20backwards%20(which%20I%20didn't%20notice%20until%20we%20returned%20home)%20Yep,%20we%20were%20those%20people.%20Thank%20God%20nobody%20saw%20us!%20By%20the%20time%20we%20got%20home,%20I%20knew%20the%20pasta%20supper%20I%20had%20planned%20was%20not%20going%20to%20happen;%20but%20luckily%20I%20had%20these%20planned%20for%20later%20in%20the%20week%20and%20I%20knew%20I%20could%20have%20them%20on%20the%20table%20and%20us%20eating%20before%20too%20long.%20Thank%20goodness%20for%20meal%20plans%20that%20can%20be%20adjusted%20at%20the%20last%20minute%20if%20need%20be!%20These%20were%20quick,%20tasty%20and%20the%20perfect%20Monday,%20I%20need%20a%20break%20before%20I%20cry,%20supper!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20375.%20Unroll%20crescents%20and%20separate.%20Using%201%20piece%20of%20cheese%20per%20roll,%20lay%20cheese%20out%20fitting%20onto%20roll.%20Using%20a%20pastry%20brush,%20spread%20with%20honey%20mustard.%20Add%20three%20quarter%20pieces%20of%20ham.%20Roll%20up,%20wide%20edge%20to%20thin.%20Sprinkle%20with%20poppy%20seeds.%20Press%20gently%20to%20adhere.%20Lay%20on%20baking%20sheet%20and%20cook%2015%20minutes%20until%20golden%20brown.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHam%20at%20Very%20Good%20Recipes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPin%20It%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
