%20what%20we%20paid%20for%20the%20place%20just%203%20years%20before.%20%20We%20were%20going%20to%20be%20moving%20from%20Vancouver%20area%20to%20southern%20interior%20of%20BC.%20%20And%20a%20dumb%20idea%20that%20we%20had...to%20build%20our%20own%20house%20(how%20hard%20could%20it%20be...after%20all%20we%20knew%20less%20than%20nothing%20about%20it).%20Our%20first%20born%20was%20just%20born%20that%20September.%20%20By%20November%20the%20place%20sold%20and%20we%20were%20packed%20up%20and%20ready%20to%20go.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBut%20my%20sewing%20maching%20of%20my%20dreams%20was%20waiting%20for%20the%20final%20sale%20to%20go%20through.%20%20A%20wooping%20$900%20at%20the%20time%20was%20hard%20to%20justify.%20%20What%20with%20buying%20property%20and%20getting%20all%20our%20life%20put%20into%20storage.%20%20A%20sewing%20maching%20seemed%20like%20the%20stupidest%20thing%20on%20earth%20to%20buy.%20%20BUT%20I%20WANTED%20IT.%20%20So%20I%20had%20to%20lie%20and%20lie%20someone%20to%20get%20it.%20%20It%20sewed%20through%20EVERYTHING%20-%20the%20final%20test%20was%20the%20double%20double%20hem%20of%20the%20inside%20of%20a%20pair%20of%20jeans.%20%20It%20seemed%20I%20was%20forever%20hemming%20my%20husbands%20pants.%20%20Blue%20jeans%20were%20the%20worst.%20%20I%20remember%20taking%20a%20pair%20of%20his%20jeans%20and%20hemming%20them%20in%20the%20store.%20%20And%20didn't%20break%20any%20needles%20or%20jam%20the%20bobbin.%20%20Pure%20heaven.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBut%20it's%20time......%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20I've%20been%20making%20a%20nuisance%20of%20myself%20at%20the%20sewing%20stores%20and%20trying%20machines%20out.%20%20My%20god....it's%20like%20I%20want%20to%20buy%20a%20sewing%20machine%20not%20a%20vehicle%20---%20for%20all%20the%20difference%20in%20price%20it%20makes.%20%20I%20want...I%20want...Iwant%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBut%20will%20I%20ever%20use%20any%20of%20that%20crap,%20more%20than%20once%20or%20twice.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20it's%20down%20to%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJanome%203160%20QDC%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eor%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHusqvarna%20Tribute%20140C%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJanome%20comes%20with%20extention%20table,%20quilting%20walking%20foot.%20%20and%20has%20many%20features%20I%20want....But%20is%20kinda%20narrow%20between%20needle%20and%20base%20of%20machine.%20%20It%20will%20be%20a%20bitch%20for%20those%20quilts%20I%20have%20to%20get%20finished.%20%20Will%20be%20alot%20of%20work%20to%20turn%20and%20pivot%20with%20the%20quilt%20bunched%20up...%20But%20the%20features%20are%20the%20selling%20point.%20%20I%20mean%20how%20often%20will%20I%20have%20a%20huge%20quilt%20to%20get%20done%20anyway.%20%20There's%20about%206%20that%20I've%20been%20packing%20around%20for%20years%20now.%20%20So%20Maybe%20....this%20machine%20really%20isn't%20what%20I%20need%20after%20all%20hmmmm%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20Husky%20in%20twice%20the%20money%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eif%20I%20want%20the%20extention%20table%20the%20quilting%20feet....%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethe%20janome%20...comes%20with%20them%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThere's%20many%20bad%20review%20for%20both%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThere's%20many%20good%20reviews%20for%20both%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20decided%20that%20If%20I%20really%20really%20want%20either%20one.%20%20I'm%20going%20to%20have%20to%20justify%20it%20to%20myself%20and%20my%20annoying%20husband.%20%20Who%20will%20probably%20be%20the%20first%20one%20to%20be%20standing%20in%20the%20doorway%20of%20my%20sewing%20room%20with%20yet%20another%20pair%20of%20pants%20to%20hem....%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20....I%20drank%20my%20last%20bottle%20of%20wine%20Sunday.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENormally%20I%20spend%20waaaaay%20to%20much%20on%20the%20stuff%20-%20monthly%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20I've%20decided%20to%20stop%20drinking%20until%20the%20machine%20(whichever%20one%20I%20decide%20on)%20gets%20in%20the%20house.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt's%20been%20four%20days%20now.%20%20That's%20not%20tooooo%20bad%20cause%20at%20first%20I%20thought%20it%20was%20only%203%20days.%20%20But%20who's%20counting%20anyway.%20%20%20I%20wonder%20if%20anyone%20has%20noticed%20yet...%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
