- Cut all the vegetables in the same size chunks and put in Dutch oven. Cover with water and cook over med heat until tender.
- Cut the corn beef (bully beef) into chunks with a knife and add in to the stew.
- Thicken with 1 tbs. flour and 1/4 c. water. Cook 5 minutes. more, take off heat and serve. This is quick and easy.
- Serve with biscuits warm and enjoy.
