Ingredients: 3 lb Lean grnd beef; 1 med Onion, minced; 4 x Ribs celery, diced; 12 ounce Beer; 1 c. Tomato paste; 22 ounce Dark red kidney beans, (about 11/2 15- to 16-oz cans), rinsed well; 1 Tbsp. Kosher salt; 1 Tbsp. Cayenne pepper; 2 tsp Black pepper; 2 tsp Grnd cumin; 2 tsp Chili pwdr; 2 tsp Dry oregano; 1 tsp Grnd coriander; 1 tsp Warm pepper sauce

1 Tbsp. Cayenne pepper
2 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp Grnd cumin
2 tsp Chili pwdr
2 tsp Dry oregano
1 tsp Grnd coriander
1 tsp Warm pepper sauce

Инструкции

In heavy-bottomed 6-qt stockpot, brown beef, onions and celery. Drainoff fat. Add in all other ingredients. Simmer gently 1 hour.
