Individual Tortilla Pizza

Toppings can of course be added to suit your taste, but I usually make mine pretty much the same each time. This is my take on a healthier pizza.

Ингредиенты

  • Whole wheat tortilla(if it's too soft it won't crisp well).
  • Tomato or pesto sauce.
  • 1 oz cheese(I use mozzarella or goat cheese)
  • 1 link of your favorite chicken sausage, sliced into bite size pieces
  • Chopped roasted red pepper
  • Chopped broccoli
  • Pinch of oregano, basil, garlic powder & crushed red pepper

  1. Cover tortilla with toppings.
  2. Bake in oven at 425 or on a low grill for about 10 min, until slightly crispy.
