- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla

- Line a 6 cavity muffin tin with c. cake liners. Place 1 Vanilla Wafer in the bottom of each c. cake liner. Cream together the cream cheese, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 of the way up. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15 min.
- This recipe yields 6 cakes.
