- In a medium saute/fry pan heat the oil for the Quorn. Saute/fry the onion for 1-2 min to soften. Add in the garlic. Pour in the red wine and cook off for 1 minute. Stir in the ketchup, nutmeg and Quorn till browned. Simmer till cooked through. (Check packet instructions.) Meanwhile, place a griddle pan on the heat. In a small bowl coat the onion with the oil. Griddle the onion till softened and well charred. Season the Quorn and fold through the chervil and basil. Serve the Quorn on the griddled onion.
