- 4 x , 6 oz Sea bass, fillets
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, virgin
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ginger, fresh, minced
- 1/2 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Cumin pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Kosher (coarse) salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper, coarsely grnd
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
Инструкции
- Combine marinade ingredients.
- Cover fish with marinade and chill for 30 min.
- Remove from marinade and coat each side with oil.
- Grill over direct high heat for about 5-7 min TOTAL, turning once about halfway through.
