2 lb semisweet chocolate, minced (I used semisweet chocolate chips.)
1 pt ice cream, slightly thawed
1 c. minced pecans, finely minced, optional

Инструкции

Directions Line an 8" or possibly 9" square pan with foil and lightly butter the foil. Place minced chocolate in medium size glass mixing bowl. Microwave on full power for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Stir. Add in thawed ice cream (any type but vanilla) and beat till smooth. Stir in nuts. Turn into prepared pan.
Chill till hard; cut into squares.
