1 (6 1/2 ounce) can crab meat 1/2 onion, finely minced 2 T shallots, minced 1 c. White Sauce 2 bay leaves Salt & pepper

1 T parsley 1/2 teaspoon thyme Dash of Lea & Perrins Dash of Tabasco 1/2 teaspoon garlic juice

1. Saute onions in butter till soft. Add in 2 tbsp flour and lowfat milk for white sauce. Add in all other ingredients and let thicken over low fire. Can also be done with shrimp, oysters or possibly chicken.
