- 1 pkt (10 ounce) frzn strawberries, thawed, pureed
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- 1 x lemon, juiced and peel grated

- Combine pineapple, strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, 1 tsp. lemon peel and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice in a large saucepan. Cook, stirring till sauce boils and thickens. Cold.
- Serve over ice cream.
