  • 1 c. Flour, sifted
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Butter, melted

Инструкции

  1. Sift together dry ingredients. Combine egg, lowfat milk and butter; add in gradually to flour, stirring till dough is smooth and no longer sticks to spoon.
  2. Break off pcs of dough about 1 in long and 1/2 in thick and drop into rapidly boiling water; boil covered, for 12 to 15 min.
