- Sift together dry ingredients. Combine egg, lowfat milk and butter; add in gradually to flour, stirring till dough is smooth and no longer sticks to spoon.
- Break off pcs of dough about 1 in long and 1/2 in thick and drop into rapidly boiling water; boil covered, for 12 to 15 min.
