- Heat margarine in sauce pan. Add in bacon, onion, ham, celery, peppers and garlic. Cook till softened. Add in all seasonings and mix. Cook for 2 min. Stir in flour and cook for 3 to 4 min. Add in water, chicken base, vegetable base, tomatoes, and Worcestershire. Mix Well.
- Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for approximately 20 min or possibly till desired thickness. Serve on Houlihan's Jambalaya Rice (see recipe). Garnish with cooked jumbo shrimp if you like.
