1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skim Lowfat milk -- shredded

1/4 c. Parsley, Fresh -- chopped
1/4 c. Italian Salad Dressing, Fat Free

Mix all ingredients in shallow 8x8 baking dish. Microwave on high, uncovered, for 3-4 min till cheese melts. Serve open faced on whole grain bread.
