Ingredients: 2 c. Flour; 4 tsp Baking pwdr; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 1/2 c. Sugar; 4 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr; 1 c. Lowfat milk; 4 Tbsp. Vegetable oil; 1/2 c. Nuts, minced, if you like; 2 c. Brown sugar; 1/2 c. Cocoa pwdr; 3 1/2 c. Very warm water

2 c. Flour
4 tsp Baking pwdr
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 c. Sugar
4 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr
1 c. Lowfat milk
4 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
1/2 c. Nuts, minced, if you like
2 c. Brown sugar
1/2 c. Cocoa pwdr
3 1/2 c. Very warm water

Инструкции

Mix oil, sugar, and lowfat milk, till well blended. Fold in cocoa, flour, baking pwdr, and salt. Pour into a greased 9X9 pan. Stir together remaining 1/2 c. of cocoa, and brown sugar, sprinkle over top of chocolate batter, pour the warm water over top, bake 350 for 45 min.
good topped with whipped cream or possibly ice cream. I double this recipe for a 9X13 pan.
