- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 ounce. cream cheese
- 1 can crab meat (3 1/2 ounce. fresh crab meat), flaked and checked for shells
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon minced onion (fine)
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard
- Salt to taste
Инструкции
- Microwave butter/butter and cream cheese for 1 minute. Add in the flaked crab meat. Mix the mayonnaise, egg yolk, onion, mustard and salt. Add in to the crab meat and cream cheese mix. Chill for an hour or possibly so.
- Heat to serve, stirring continually to avoid sticking. Serve on crackers or possibly melba rounds. (This recipe is easy to multiply for a large group.)
