Ингредиенты

1 lg. onion, minced 1 1/2 lbs. grnd round 2 cans stewed tomatoes 4 whole red pepper (warm) Or possibly 1 tbsp. grnd red pepper

3-4 tbsp. chili pwdr Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp. Adolphs tenderizer 2 sm. cans red kidney beans

Инструкции

1. Brown onion in butter. Add in grnd round, salt, and pepper to taste with Adolphs. Puree stewed tomatoes in blender. Place in saucepan on medium heat.
2. When grnd round is browned, add in to stewed tomatoes along with red peppers and chili pwdr. Add in red kidney beans; cook 1 1/2 to 2 hrs on medium heat.
