  • 1 pound crabmeat, backfin preferred
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 T mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

  1. In oven-safe casserole, put together lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, and 1 cup cheese. Add in crabmeat; sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
