Ингредиенты

  • 4 Tbsp. Vegetable oil, *
  • 1 tsp Finely minced fresh ginger
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 sm Red onion, minced
  • 1 c. Thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 c. Diagonally sliced green beans
  • 1/2 c. Green cabbage cut into 1" squares
  • 1 c. Thinly sliced zucchini
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp White sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
  • 1 x Fresh warm red cayenne, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced green onon
  • 4 Tbsp. Minced fresh coriander

Инструкции

  1. Will probably work with only 2T oil.
  2. Heat wok; add in oil. Stir-fry the ginger, garlic, and onion till soft.
  3. Add in the carrots and green beans. Stir-fry for 2 min.
  4. Add in the cabbage, zucchini, salt, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and cayenne.
  5. Stir-fry for another 2 minute till all the vegetables are tender, but not overcooked.
  6. Garnish with green onion and coriander.
  7. Serves 4-6.
