Name: Honey Roasted Chicken
Ingredients: 1 stk butter; 1/4 c. onion, minced; 2 lrg garlic cloves, chopped; 1/4 c. Dijon mustard; 1/2 c. honey; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp curry pwdr; 2 Tbsp. chutney or possibly preserves; 6 x chicken breasts, (6 to 8)

Ингредиенты

1 stk butter
1/4 c. onion, minced
2 lrg garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp curry pwdr
2 Tbsp. chutney or possibly preserves
6 x chicken breasts, (6 to 8)

Инструкции

Heat butter in saucepan add in onions, garlic and saute/fry. Add in remaining ingredients and cook 5 min on low heat. Stir occasionally. Dip chicken pcs in sauce and lay in 9x13-inch pan and bake at 400 degrees. Turn every 15 min, adding more sauce while turning.
