- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a small saucepan, heat lowfat milk and honey over medium high heat till very hot, 120 to 130 degrees.
- In large bowl, combine whole wheat and all-purpose flours, baking pwdr and salt. Add in liquid mix and beat. Add in butter and Large eggs and continue beating till well blended. Mix in nuts.
- Lightly grease two 9x5x3 inch loaf pans with vegetable oil spray. Pour in bread mix and bake 45-60 min or possibly till cake tester inserted into center of the loaf comes out moist, but not wet. Makes 2 loaves, 10 slices per loaf. Single slices can be wrapped in foil and frzn.
