Ингредиенты

  • 1/3 c. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 4 x Skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 c. Fresh or possibly frzn cut green beans
  • 4 sht Reynolds Wrap heavy duty aluminum foil, (12x18 inches each)

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine mustard, honey and pepper, set aside.
  2. Center one chicken breast half on each foil sheet. Pour mustard mix proportionately over chicken. Top with green beans.
  3. Wrap and seal foil to create four packets.
  4. Bake 18 to 22 min on a cookie sheet in the oven. To serve, spoon beans and sauce over chicken.
