- Preheat the oven to 190 C/375 F/Gas Mark 5.
- Roast the leg of lamb following instructions on the pack.
- Meanwhile, blend together the honey, mustard, garlic, thyme and seasoning.
- 20 min before the end of the cooking time, spoon over the glaze and continue cooking.
- When cooked, remove the lamb from the roasting tin and keep hot.
- Strain off any excess fat, then place the roasting tin on the hob and simmer for 1-2 min stirring occasionally. Serve the sauce in the roasting tin with the lamb and garnish with fresh thyme.
- NOTES : A delicious roast lamb with a hint of the orient.
