- Combine the oats, flour, wheat germ, and cinnamon, and stir to mix well.
- Add in the honey, and stir till the mix is moist and crumbly. Mix in the raisins or possibly apricots.
- Coat an 8" square pan with nonstick cooking spray. pat the mix into the pan, and bake at 300 for 18-20 min, or possibly till lightly browned.
- Cold to room temperature, cut into bars, and serve.
