- Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 c. cool lowfat milk. Let stand for 4 min. 2. Heat remaining 3/4 c. of lowfat milk just to boiling point. Add in the warm lowfat milk to the cool lowfat milk and gelatin mix. Stir for about 2 min. 3. Gradually add in the sliced fruit, sugar and vanilla. Fold in a blender till mix is smooth. 4. Pour into a bowl and chill. Stir several times during chilling till mix becomes slightly thick when dropped from a spoon. 5. Fold gelatin mix into whipped topping. 6. Pour into an 8 inch baking dish or possibly small paper c.. Freeze till hard.
