- 3 tbsp. light soy sauce 4 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. honey
- Wash and wipe pork loin. Slice in 1/3 inch thick. Marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat 3 Tbsp. oil in wok, shallow fry pork loin on both sides, add seasoning. Cover with a lid and bake for 10 min over low heat till the meat is cooked. Turn over in-between the cooking time till slight dark on both side. Brush in honey, slice and serve.
- NOTE: The dish can be baked by an oven.
