- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. mashed peaches
- Lowfat milk to 2/3 full

- Mix first five ingredients and pour into ice cream freezer. Add in lowfat milk to fill-line (2/3 full). Layer ice and ice-cream freezer salt and a small amount of water and begin freezing. Add in ice and salt as needed. Ice cream is ready in about 30-45 min.
