- 2 x duck Large eggs
- 1/2 c. cornstarch dispersed in 1 c. water
Инструкции
- Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Beat egg whites till frothy. Add in egg yolks and beat just to blend. Blend in dispersed cornstarch. Brush frying pan with veg. oil and heat. Spoon in about 2 Tbsp. of the batter then tilt pan to spread proportionately on pan. Lift off wrapper when done.
