- GLAZE: Drain 1/2 c. pineapple syrup into a large c.. Stir in cornstarch. Microwave till boils and thickens.
- Combine lowfat milk and lowfat sour cream. Beat in pudding mix till well blended. Mix in 1/2 c. liquid removed pineapple, Cold Whip, peel, extract and nutmeg. Turn filling into prepared crust. Refrigeratetill set. Arrange remaining pineapple on top of tart. Spoon cooled glaze over tart. Garnish as desired. Serves 10.
