8 hard-cooked Large eggs, quartered 1 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream 2 teaspoon instant chopped onion 2 tbsp. parsley flakes

2 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 3 drops warm pepper sauce

1. Combine ingredients in blender container; cover and blend till of desired consistency. Refrigeratetill serving time to blend flavors. Serve with assorted crackers and chips or possibly fresh vegetable dippers. Makes approximately 3 c.. If blender is not available, finely chop Large eggs and thoroughly combine with remaining ingredients.
