Ингредиенты

8 ounce extra sharp cheddar cheese 8 ounce medium cheddar cheese 8 ounce mild cheddar cheese 8 ounce cream cheese

2 c. minced pecans 1 med sweet onion choped very fine 2 stalk celery minced very fine

Инструкции

1. Grate blocks of cheese. mix all cheeses together in lg mixing bowl along with celery, onion and 1/2 c. pecans. Mix well and for 4 lg or possibly 6 med sized balls.
2. roll in remaining pecans and wrap in cellophane wrap and chill.
