Hogs Head Cheese

Serve with toasted crosttini pieces or crackers.

Ингредиенты

  • 6 fresh pigs feet
  • 6 lbs. pork neck bones
  • 2 lg. onions, minced
  • 1/2 head garlic, minced
  • Sm. amount of green onion tops (a healthy pinch will do)
  • A healthy pinch of parsley

Инструкции

  1. Boil meat until tender in a large stockpot. Remove all bones.
  2. Simmer onions and garlic in 1 c. water till tender.
  3. Combine this with meat and add in green onion tops and parsley.
  4. Cook about 5 min until water has boiled down.
  5. Pour into bowls and allow to gel.
