Hobo Scrambled Eggs

Ингредиенты

10-12 lg. Large eggs
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. minced celery

1 c. diced ham
1 c. lowfat sour cream

Инструкции

Whip Large eggs and lowfat sour cream till silky smooth. Pour into heated skillet which has either 4 Tbsp. butter at medium heat. Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook to a creamy consistency.
