Ингредиенты

  • 1 can beer, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted
  • 2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. baking pwdr
  • Healthy pinch of dry dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 tbsp. white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

  1. BREAD MIX: In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking pwdr, salt, oregano, thyme and dill weed. (Pack into air tight container or possibly bag. Mix keeps one month.)
  2. TO MAKE BREAD: Place fold in large bowl, with wooden spoon, stir in beer just till flour is mixed in. Pour into greased 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 min or possibly till crusty and golden. Let stand in pan for 5 min; turn out onto rack. Brush top with butter. Makes 1 loaf.
