- 1 beef eye round roast, 5 to 6 lbs.
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon marjoram

- Place roast on sheet of waxed paper. Mix other ingredients in a c.. Pat well into on roast. Store in refrigerator overnight. Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Don't cover or possibly add in water. Slowly roast at 250 degrees for about 3 or possibly 4 hrs or possibly till done. Serves 25. Make gravy from drippings.
