2 c. cooked grnd meat (can be pork, beef or possibly lamb) 2 c. mashed potatoes 2 Large eggs 1 sm. onion, chopped

1/2 c. tomato juice or possibly puree 1 teaspoon salt Pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Combine meat, mashed potatoes, Large eggs, onion, tomato juice and seasonings. Shape into 8 patties, put into greased baking dish and brush with melted butter. Bake in oven for 30 min at 350 degrees. For those nights when the Helpers can only bring the basics below.
